'Certainly, madam. May I have your name, please?'

'Yes, it's Natalie Tong. That's T-O-N-G.'

「我叫 Natalie Tong，T-O-N-G。」

'Thank you, Miss Tong. Is the booking under a membership account?'

「謝謝，Tong 小姐。預訂是否使用會員戶口？」

'Yes, and I'm booking for a friend as well. His name is Marcus Lam, L-A-M. His membership number is S-2-0-8-1-7.'

「是的，而且我也替朋友預訂。他叫 Marcus Lam，L-A-M，會員編號是S-2-0-8-1-7。」

'Thank you. Now I need to fill in a few personal details on the form. Could I have a contact number for the booking record?'

'And an email address for the confirmation?'

'Could I ask whether the court has showering facilities?'

'Yes, changing rooms with showers are on the same floor, free of charge for members.'

'It's sixty dollars per hour per court, so two hundred and forty dollars in total, payable on arrival.'

'Please arrive ten minutes early and check in at the reception counter on the first floor.'

'Yes, there is an hourly car park next to the sports centre, and members pay a flat rate of thirty dollars.'
