1Good morning, students. This is your school radio team with this week's announcements, so please listen carefully. We have five important notices today, so do keep your pen ready. First, the Geography Society will hold a film screening this Friday after school in Room 204. The film is about the melting ice in the Arctic, and entry is free. Please note that all announcements will also appear on the school app.
2Next, a reminder that the deadline for the inter-school writing contest is next Wednesday. The theme is 'My Neighbourhood', and entries should be typed and handed to Ms Ho. Then, the swimming gala will be held on the twentieth of October at the Kowloon Park pool. The school bus will leave the main gate at seven in the morning. Also, students who wish to join the choir should sign up with their music teacher.
3Finally, please return your picnic consent forms to your class teacher by tomorrow. Students without a signed form will not be allowed to join the trip. A full programme will be posted outside the school office later this week.

- 听前正式听录音之前，先把题目和选项完整读一遍，圈出关键字：问的是时间、地点还是人名？以校园电台通告为例，单看题目已经预测到内容离不开活动、日期与地点，听前就能估计即将出现的资讯类型。带著这张「心理地图」开始聆听，耳朵会主动搜寻目标，而不是被动地等录音结束才回想，命中率自然大为提高，答题也更有把握。
- 圈圈关键字的对象是问题里的字眼：deadline、theme、fee 这一类字正是要捕捉的目标，因为录音一定会围绕它们提供答案。圈好之后，耳朵就有了明确任务：听到日期就留意星期几，听到地点就留意房号。带著目标聆听与漫无目的地接收，效果相差很远——前者是逐项核对，后者是被动抄写，而抄写永远追不上录音的速度，漏音在所难免。
- 预测圈好关键字后，进一步预测答案的类型：空格需要数字、日期、地点还是人名？以游泳运动会（swimming gala）一题为例，听前可以预测答案会是日期（20 October）与时间（校车 7 a.m. 开出），于是听录音时专心等待数字出现。预测不必全部命中，只要方向正确，听到吻合的资讯就能立即确认；就算预测落空，耳朵也早已进入警戒状态，不会完全措手不及。
- 听时聆听时逐项核对：听到与预测吻合的资讯便立即打勾记下——First（地理学会星期五放学在 204 室播北极融冰影片）、Next（写作比赛下星期三截止）、Finally（明天交野餐回条）。若发现录音内容与预测不符，立即修正预测，不要死守原本的估计。手要快、心要定，一项过去了就不回头，注意力永远放在下一项资讯，这样才能追上录音的节奏。

- 开头主旨录音开头通常直接交代主旨，例如 This is your school radio team with this week's announcements——单凭这一句已经知道整段是活动通告，大脑随即切换到「记日期、记地点」的模式，并预期后面会有截止日期的提醒。所以开头几秒绝对不能分心；错过了主旨句，之后每一项资讯都会失去归类的依据，聆听效率大打折扣，答题时便容易张冠李戴。
- 听后检查录音结束后，把打勾的资讯逐题核对一遍：日期、房号、时间有没有抄错？星期几有没有与日期混淆？漏听的题目不要留空，根据上下文合理估计一个答案——例如题目问地点，就从听过的房号之中推测最可能的一个。涂改要清楚，最后检查一遍拼写。估计起码有机会得分，留空则必定零分，这是聆听考试的基本策略，平时练习也要养成这个习惯。

- 第五步：「Finally」通常是死线类：明日交野餐回条，没有签名不准去；漏了一项不用慌，继续听。
