1I am a student at Wong Tai Sin Primary School. This is my friend Ken. He sits in front of me. She is our class monitor, and her name is Amy. We always help each other with our homework. Our teacher gives us stickers when we do well.
2Pronouns take the place of nouns. I, you, he, she, it, we and they are pronouns. We use them so we do not repeat names too many times. Look at that little bird! It builds a nest outside our window. Ken and Amy are in my group, and they clean the board after every lesson.
3Do you like our classroom? You can come and visit us one day. My mother says good friends make school happy. She is right, because I smile every day with Ken and Amy. We are good friends, and we learn together.

- 为什么要代名词Pronouns take the place of nouns，代名词用来代替名词，避免重复。Ken is my friend. He sits in front of me. 说过一次 Ken 之后，第二次就用 he 代替，句子自然流畅。如果每句都重复 Ken，文章会很唠叨。易错位：先有名词才有代名词，第一次介绍人物时要说出名字，之后才换用 he 或 she。
- 主格做主语主格代名词有七个：I, you, he, she, it, we, they，放在动词之前做主语：She is our class monitor、We always play together。谁做动作，就用主格。易错位：I 无论放在句子哪个位置都大写；you 单数复数同形；it 可以指动物或事物，例如 Look at the cat. It is sleeping。
- 宾格跟动词动词或介词之后用宾格：me, you, him, her, it, us, them。Ken sits in front of me 里 of 是介词，所以用 me；Give him the book 里 him 是动词 give 的对象；I like her 里 her 接在 like 之后。易错位：he 是主格、him 是宾格；she 是主格、her 是宾格，两套形式不能混用。
- 所有格表示谁的所有格放在名词前面，说明属于谁：my friend 我的朋友、her name 她的名字、our classroom 我们的课室、their books 他们的书。一套七个：my, your, his, her, its, our, their，后面必须跟名词。易错位：its 是所有格，it's 是 it is 的缩写，撇号有无，意思完全不同。
