§Text Passage

1Report on the Class Recycling Drive. Prepared by Chris Wong, Class 2B, on 20 May 2026. To: The Green Committee. Introduction: The objective of this report is to describe our class recycling drive in May and to suggest improvements for the next round. The drive lasted two weeks, from 4 May to 15 May.

2Method: Our method was simple. Five students collected recyclable waste from every classroom every afternoon, and two students recorded the data in a notebook. We weighed the paper, plastic and metal separately, so that our numbers would be clear. We also took photos of the bins and asked classmates for their opinions. Findings: We collected 42 kilograms of paper, 18 kilograms of plastic and 9 kilograms of metal. Paper was the largest category because students threw away many old worksheets. Plastic bottles were often dirty, and this made recycling slower than we expected.

3Conclusion: The drive was successful, and the whole class supported it eagerly. However, dirty plastic remained a problem, and a few bins were too small. Recommendation: We suggest putting washing instructions beside every bin, adding two larger bins near the tuck shop, and holding a short talk in assembly next term. Overall, the campaign showed that small habits can make a real difference. If we act on these suggestions, the next drive should collect even more waste and run more smoothly.

The drive lasted two weeks, from 4 May to 15 May.

Method: Our method was simple.

Conclusion: The drive was successful, and the whole class supported it eagerly.
